| 摘 要： | 介绍了某煤矿燃煤工业锅炉烟气净化处理工艺流程,根据不同工艺段的工艺运行要求,详细分析了工艺过程中布袋除尘器、脱硝反应单元、脱硫脱硝单元、湿电除尘单元等系统的控制策略。构建了一套由上位机和PLC组成的控制系统,阐述控制系统的各单元PLC硬件设计和上位机、PLC、触摸屏等软件设计。该控制系统经过一年多的应用表明,能够满足预期的工艺控制要求,且运行稳定可靠。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the process flow of flue gas purification treatment of a coal-fired industrial boiler in a coal mine.According to the process operation requirements of different process sections,the control of the bag filter,denitration reaction unit,desulfurization and denitration unit,wet electric dust removal unit and other systems are analyzed in detail Strategy.This article builts a set of control system composed of host computer and PLC,elaborates the PLC hardware design of each unit of the control system and software design of host computer,PLC,touch screen and so on.After more than a year of application,the control system can meet the expected process control requirements,and it is stable and reliable. |
