基于PCS7的半实物仿真系统的实现

摘    要:半实物仿真系统是验证和优化核电厂自动控制系统的关键环节.本文介绍的半实物仿真系统采用工业以太网技术,通过建立西门子PCS7过程控制系统与上位机的通信,完成对上位机中蒸汽发生器模型一次侧冷却剂出口温度的控制.同时,实验对比了仿真模型在半实物仿真系统和Simulink仿真环境中的运行结果,证明基于PCS7的半实物仿真系统具有良好的可靠性和实时性.

Abstract:Semi-physical simulation system is the key step to verification and optimization of the automatic control system in nuclear plant. This article introduces a semi-physical simulation system which made use of Industrial Ethernet to connect Siemens PCS7 process control system to the principal computer as well as completes the controlling of the coolant exit temperature from the primary side of steam generator model in principal computer. Meanwhile, with the comparison on results from both the system and the Simulink enviromnent, it is proved that the semi-physical simulation system in PCS7 is able to perform reliably and real-timely.
