| 摘 要： | 本文利用现有的油山地理信息系统、生产调度管理系统、各单立现场视频监控及数据采集系统等信息资源,设计开发了油田应急管理信息平台,通过平台可实现及时预警,快速定位,信息共享,有效救援和重大危险源的实时监控.现场实际应用表明,本系统能够满足油田生产对应急管理的需求,从而确保油山生产秩序的平稳.
