| 摘 要： | 就预付费IC卡电能表系统存在种种弊端,提出网络电能表系统.整合北京电力公司范围内采用各种不同的通讯信道、在不同的居住条件下的低压用户数据采集和收费系统,实现全北京电力公司低压用户数据采集和收费的统一管理.着重分析了集中器的功能及其设计原理与具体实现.集中器已经通过中国电力科学院检测,开始正常运行,肩负着北京地区20多万居民用户的购电及数据采集.
