摘    要:阐述了发光细菌的发光机理,研究了发光细菌毒性检测法,将发光细菌检测技术与现代光电检测技术有机结合起来,利用发光细菌的细胞发光特性,设计了一种快速、灵敏的测定环境污染物毒性的生物传感器。并运用了码分多址(CDMA)网络技术,设计了遥测平台,实现实时、准确、低成本的网络环境监测系统,以解决生物毒性环境污染在线实时监测问题。

Abstract:Luminescent bacteria's luminescence mechanism is discussed,luminescent bacteria toxic detecting method is studied.Making use of light-emitting phenomenon of bacterial cell,combining light-emitting bacteria toxicity measurement techniques with modern optoelectronic detecting techniques,a biological toxicity sensor is designed.The sensor can monitor contamination's toxicity speedily and sensitive.And using CDMA network technique,a telemetering platform is designed,a network entironment monitoring system that can monitor entironment momently,exactly and cheaply,is realized to settle online and momently monitor.
