摘    要:针对锂电池充电速度慢,效率低,单体电池成组充电时参数差异大等问题,从充电方法、停充检测和均衡控制三方面,提出了一种新型锂电池充电技术.改进了分阶段充电方法,使充电电流符合最佳充电曲线,有效提升了充电速度,减少了电池的析气量;提出了一种依据电压变化率的停充检测方法,避免过充的同时提升了电池剩余容量(SOC);针对单体电池成组充电,提出了一种电容均衡法,利用功率开关和电容器的储能特性实现能量转移,保证了充电过程中单体电池参数的一致性.实验结果表明:充电技术提高了锂电池充电速度和效率,并保证成组充电时单体电池参数的一致性.

Abstract:Aiming at problem of low velocity and low efficiency in charging,large difference of parameters during lithium-ion battery pack charging,a new charging technology for lithium battery is proposed which contains charging method,detection method of auto-off after full charged and technology of balancing control. Phased charging method is improved to make charging current conforms optimal charging curve,velocity of charging is increased effectively and gassing volume of batteries is decreased.An auto-off after full charged detection method which based on rate of voltage change is raised.It can avoid over-charge and increase state of charge(SOC)of batteries after full charged.Aiming at battery cell charging in group,a balancing control technology of capacitance is raised.This technology utilizes power switching device and feature of energy storage of capacitance to realize energy transfer,which ensures consistent of unit cell parameters during charging.Experimental result show that the new charging technology of lithium-ion batteries can provide an enormous speed boost and high efficiency,it can also ensure parameters consistent of battery cell during charging in group.
