摘    要:设计了一种基于冗余CAN总线的智能化复合传感器,用于流体温度、压力、流量测量,三种敏感元件及其处理电路与结构集成于一体,采用XC886CLM单片机进行数据的采集处理与CAN总线通信管理,通过信号过采样设计与多传感器数据融合提高了整体测量精度,并实现CAN总线故障诊断与冗余切换管理。

Abstract:An intelligent compound-sensor based on redundant CAN bus is designed for measurement of fluid temperature,pressure,and flow,these three sensors and corresponding signal processing circuit are integrated. Using XC886CLM MCU deal with data acquiring and processing and CAN bus communication management.The signal oversampling design and multi-sensor data fusion are used to improve the precision of the overall measurement,the CAN bus fault diagnosis and redundant switch management are realized.
