基于LabVIEW的旋转机械振动在线监测系统设计

摘    要:针对采用VC++,DEPHI,VB等语言开发旋转机械振动在线监测系统时存在开发周期长、测试效率低等问题。基于LabVIEW语言,设计了基于TCP/IP协议的网络传输系统,使采集的振动数据实时地上传到PC工作站。设计了基于oracle数据库触发功能和网络共享功能的数据分布式存储系统,使采集数据实时保存在本地和中心数据库上。说明了采样数据的处理步骤和主频、相位的求取方法;最后用各种图谱证明了本设计在求取主频、相位的优越性及LabVIEW设计界面的优势。

Abstract:Aiming at problems that developing vibration on-line monitoring system for rotating machinery with VC++,DEPHI,VB is time-consuming and low testing precision,based on LabVIEW language,a network transmission system based on TCP/IP protocol is designed,which submits the collected vibrate data to PC station.And a data-distributed storage system is also designed with the triggering and sharing functions of oracle database,which saves the collected data on the local and central database in real-time.The steps of handling sampling data and the methods of calculating principal frequency and phase are explained.It demonstrates the superiority of this design in calculating principal frequency and phase and advantage of LabVIEW design interface by all kinds of diagrams.
