基于STM32的无线光电传感器设计

摘    要:针对目前iGPS有线光电传感器无法应用于大型构件吊装的问题,介绍了一种基于STM32F103平台的iGPS无线光电传感器的设计。采用STM32F103ZET6芯片作为主控芯片,nRF24L01作为无线数传模块。该设计由前端处理电路与MCU电路组成,前端处理电路将微弱的硅光电池信号转换为可供STM32采集的信号,STM32采集信号后并通过无线数传模块nRF24L01发送给上位机。实验结果表明:该设计数据采集速度与精度较高,满足系统要求。

Abstract:Introduce a design of iGPS wireless photoelectric sensor based on STM32F103, aiming at problem of present iGPS photoelectric sensor can' t be used in large-sized structural member hoisting. Using STM32F103ZET6 as main control chip and nRF24L01 as wireless data transmission module. The design includes front-end processing circuit and MCU circuit , weak signals of silicon solar ceils is transmited to signals which can be colleced by STM32 by front-end circuit and signal collected STM32 is sent to upper computer by nRF24L01. Experimental results show that collecting speed and precision of this design is high and satisfy requirement of system.
