摘    要:以PID控制理论为基础,采用LabVIEW和PID Toolkit作为开发平台,设计并实现了一套橡胶硫化仪测控系统。该系统通过下位机采集温度数据,并由上位机软件对采集的信号进行分析处理,使当前温度值逼近设定值,从而实现对温度的控制。调试结果表明,该系统具有界面友好、测量精度高、安全可靠、易于操作等特点。
