电厂输煤系统卸料小车控制子系统的设计

摘    要:加仓设备是火力发电厂整个输煤程控系统的重要组成部分。为了解决传统敞开式加仓设备的粉尘大、对皮带磨损严重以及进口卸料小车控制系统价格昂贵等缺点,针对进口卸料小车的硬件特点、工艺要求和电厂现场实际情况,对卸料小车控制系统的软硬件进行了合理的设计,使其与整个输煤程控系统融为一体。现场运行表明,该系统具有环保、节能、可靠、故障率低等特点,完全满足大型火力发电机组的需求。
