基于RS-485总线的能源量计量系统设计研究

摘    要:根据大多数水泥企业提出的对主要加工设备的运行工况和耗电量监测以及在线计量的需要,设计了一套能源量计量系统.该系统基于以太网络建立C/S系统,采用RS-485总线技术,并利用组态王6.5工控软件和EDA9033A智能模块进行设计,能够在线监测设备工况并对耗电量数据采集、存贮和处理,还具有基于B/S的Web访问功能.文中对软硬件设计方法、系统功能实现进行分析,给出了实验结果.经原系统实验,表明该系统能够满足设计要求.

Abstract:In accordance with the requirements of monitoring operative status and energy consumption of main equipment in most of the cement enterprises, an energy consuming statistic system based on Ethernet C/S structure and RS-485 bus technique is designed. In this system, Kingview 6.5 configuration software and EDA9033A intelligent module design are adopted. The system functions include monitoring equipment status in real time, data acquisition, storage and processing for energy consumption, as well as Web access based on B/S. The design method and a- nalysis on implementation of system functions are presented, and the experimental result is given. The test of prototype system shows the system meets the design requirements.
