| 摘 要： | 介绍一种用单片机控制的自动伏安特性测试仪,以MAXIM公司的高频波形发生器MAX038为核心构成,对其振荡频率控制、信号输出幅度控制的实现作了较详细的论述,给出了相应部分的电路原理图,以及软件实现流程图,并通过对所设计的样机进行了伏安特性的测试。根据测试结果可以看出,该测试仪具有很好的性能,是一个比较实用的测试仪器。

Research on Tester for Heavy Duty Volt-ampere Characteristic |

| Abstract: | An automatic tester for volt-ampere characteristic controlled by single chip computer is introduced. The instrument is composed of the high-frequency waveform generator MAX038 manufactured by MAXIM as the kernel. The implementation of controls of oscillation frequency and amplitude of signal output are described in detail. The circuit principle diagrams of relevant parts and the software flowcharts are given. The test of volt-ampere characteristic on the prototype has been carried out. The result shows that the tester has very good performance and is a practical and applicable instrument. |
