摘    要:近年来,随着我国能源结构调整,配电网项目建设逐年增多,项目建设过程中涉及的工程管理和财务管理给项目甲方单位带来了巨大的管理压力。针对此问题,开发了符合电网工程特点的以项目概预算及决算为基础的一体化管理系统。利用J2EE架构给出了系统的总体布局,然后利用C++语言及MySQL数据库对系统模块内数据交换模式进行了详细定义。在此基础上,采用MDI以及SDI两种视图编辑工具对系统模块的可视化进行了开发,给出了部分模块的设计代码。最后,利用程序终端AT命令对系统进行了功能性和安全性测试分析,测试结果达到了预期效果。

Abstract:With the adjustment of China's energy structure,the construction of distribution network projects has increased in recent years.The project management and financial management involved in the process of project construction have brought huge management pressure to Party A.To solve this problem,an integrated management system based on project budget and final accounts is developed,which is in line with the characteristics of power grid engineering.First of all,the overall layout of the system is given with J2EE architecture.The data exchange mode in the system module is defined with C++language and MySQL database.The visualization of the system is developed with MDI and SDI view editing tools.Microsoft VS.NET Framework as the technical support through the server platform to connect the background database and the client data combined with the characteristics of module design and the design code of some functional modules is given.Finally,the function and security of the system are tested and analyzed by the command of the program terminal,and the test results achieve the expected results.
