Design of Tax Information System Based on J2EE Platform

Gives an overall view about information system based on the technology of J2EE framework and CALL CENTER.Baring the feature that supports developing one system on various platforms,J2EE standard can ignore the differences among platforms,thus reduce the risk to a great point.Meanwhile,J2EE also keeps the high reliability and extendability.On the other hand,the CALL CENTER technology,combining both the functions of telephone and computer,presents the computer-telephone application with great functions and communication platform.In all,the system helps the tax department promote the ability to deal with daily routines and make taxpayer feel more convenient.In the end,the article demonstrates some possible extensions of the system function considering the technology of datawarehouse and datamining.
