As a result, adopting standard XML as data exchange technology makes Web service server program can locate any position of Internet and client can been realized by any technology. All kinds of interoperability of Web services system and their origin are analyzed. And several effective methods and strategies are proposed. Furthermore, several problems that should be pay attention to in developing interoperable Web service with Web services frame are pointed out.
