| 摘 要： | 针对Web应用开发的要求及特点，利用工作流的设计方法进行系统功能分析，借助表示层、业务层、数据服务层的三层体系结构，设计开发了网上项目申报与管理系统，并采用JSP/Servlet技术实现了系统中间业务层的逻辑功能，同时结合功能实例进行了说明。

| Abstract: | For the requirement and feature of Web application and development,this paper uses the design method of workflow to analyse system function and a project application & management system on network is designed,with the help of three layer architecture,which is made of representation layer, business layer and data service layer.The logistic function of the middle business layer of the system is achieved by JSP/Servlet technology and an example of the function is given to illustrate it. |
