摘    要:针对设备状态分析中不精确的时间信息与观测信号相互作用引发的复杂状态演化过程难以回溯的问题,本文提出一种基于时间约束可能性Petri网的设备状态模型和分析方法。该方法在时间相容性分析的基础上层次化地分解状态演化中的复杂关系,从而将模糊的因果关系清晰化,以降低问题的求解难度。仿真实验和对比分析表明,本文提出的方法是一种有效的设备状态分析方法,同时也降低了过程分析的计算复杂度。

Abstract:Usually, when we analyze the equipment status, the complex status evolution process was difficult to backtrack. Especially, the not accurate temporal information and the observation signals would interact and make the status more complex. This paper proposed a possibility Petri Net with time constraints (TC-PPN ) for equipment state modeling and analysis. The proposed method hierarchically decouples the complex relationships and makes the fuzzy causal relationship clearer to reduce the difficulty in solving complex problem. Finally, simulation experiments show that the proposed method is effective for equipment status analysis, and will reduce the computational complexity.
