| 摘 要： | 简要讨论了当前流行的MPEG视频数据的编码方式。根据MPEG视频流的帧重建技术的思想，使用Windows系统中与显示设备内存属性相同的系统内存缓冲区进行帧图像的重建，成功地实现了MPEG视频流以任意速度进行倒序播放。实验结果
表明了该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | Study about the codec way of MPEG video data.In spirit of frame rebuild of MPEG video stream, the compatible device context of display is used to form the buffer in which frames are rebuilt. The reverse play of video stream can successfully be played at any speed. The experiment indicates the effective of this method. |
