| 摘 要： | 根据中原油田消防支队目前所有的硬件与网络环境,针对其无法实现远程办公和无纸化办公以及办公效率偏低等问题,提出了一种适用于消防支队办公特点的办公自动化系统。该系统除了具备一般办公自动化系统所拥有的公文管理、知识文档管理、信息发布管理等模块外,还加入救援方案管理和重点企业管理等契合消防支队办公特色的管理模块。该系统主要采用ASP.NET技术,使用B/S三层架构设计,数据库系统选用SQL Server 2005,数据库连接技术使用ADO.NET。该办公系统使得中原油田消防支队的办公水平得到了很大的提高,进一步实现了信息化。

| Abstract: | A kind of office automation system suitable for fire brigade is put forward in the paper concerning the problem in telecommuting,the paperless office and low office efficiency according to the hardware and network environment of the fire brigade.The office automation system has general document management module,knowledge of the document management and information management module and so on, In addition, it contains key enterprises management and rescue program management suitable for office features of fire brigade. The system mainly uses ASP.NET technology, B / S three-tier architecture, SQL Server 2005 database and ADO.NET technology . This system has further improved the level of information and office automation. |
