内模史密斯预测控制器的鲁棒整定方法

摘    要:过程纯滞后和参数不确定性是导致工业控制不理想的重要原因。为解决这一问题实现过程平稳控制的目的,在史密斯预测控制结构的基础上,提出了基于一种基于鲁棒性能指标λ的参数整定原则,利用一阶泰勒级数逼近系统的时滞项,导出预测控制结构的控制器的控制参数,其可调的参数与系统的动态性能和鲁棒性能有着密切的联系。其后,分析一种鲁棒性能指标,导出其唯一可调的参数β与性能指标λ的表达式,并增加补偿项α修正对参数整定时产生的误差。通过仿真表明,该方法可以取得很好的平滑控制效果,具有很好的鲁棒性,能够克服过程滞后和过程参数不确定性导致的控制效果不理想的问题。

Abstract:Process time delay and parameter uncertainty are the major cause for unsatisfactory perform To solve this problem and achieve smooth control,in this paper, a approach is presented based on a new parameter tuning with robust performance index λ. The first Talyor is used for the approximation of time delay, deriving parameters of operator with Smith predictor structure, which are linked to dynamic and robust performance closely. By the new robust performance index, the expression of only adjustable parameter β and λ is worked out, and the compensation α amends tunning error. The simulation shows that the method can gain good smooth control and robust performance, able to overcome the unsatisfactory perform led by process time delay and parameter uncertainty
