风力发电机塔筒振动监测系统研究

摘    要:设计了一套振动监测系统及其信号提取算法.为方便复杂环境下的监测,系统采用无线倾角传感器作为振动采集终端,并通过ZigBee,WIFI无线网络建立监测点与监测点、监测点与服务器之间的通信.根据风电机塔筒的动力学分析得到塔筒振动监测过程中的一些关键值的参考值.根据对振动信号构成的分析,选取小波包滤波算法作为塔筒低频振动信号的提取算法,得到比较好的效果.

Study on Vibration Signal Detection System of Wind Turbine Tower

Abstract:We designed a vibration signal detection system and signal extraction algorithm. Wireless inclination sensors were applied in this system, and we established ZigBee wireless network between node and node. Through dynamics analysis of wind turbine tower, we got some reference values of the key points of vibration analysis. The vibration signal consists of many kinds of frequency components from many other parts of wind turbine, we applied wavelet packet filtering algorithm in low-frequency signal extraction.
