Application of Workflow to The Project Construction Management

The workflow technology in management applications will become increasingly important. It originated from the office automation, was widely used in image processing, document management, groupware systems and other fields. It has become a core technology of the enterprise information system for building ERP, CRM, logistics management project management. This paper mainly describes the visualization of the workflow based on the EOS development platform and the workflow applied to the project construction management are elaborated through an example of the workflow of handling barrier incident in the project construction management. This paper presents the application of the workflow to the project construction management in detail, EOS flexibility and convenience in the management process.
