| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种采用PC机、图像卡、视频切换矩阵及相应的网络技术构建视频监控网络系统的方案，并利用IP组播技术实现视频监控网络通信。利用VisualC 中的多线程设计思想和WinSock套接字，实现网络通信软件的设计。
