摘    要:IGBT 是近代新发展起来的全控型功率半导体器件,目前已广泛应用于变频调速、开关电源等电力电子领域。通过对 IGBT 工作特性的详细分析,总结了 IGBT 应用中的并联、驱动与隔离等问题,将 IGBT 与晶闸管应用在大功率斩波电路中的性能进行了详细分析和对比,指出了近期晶闸管在大功率斩波电路中的无可替代性。

Performance Comparison of IGBT and SCR Used in Large Scale Chopper Circuit

Abstract:IGBT is a sort of fully controlled power semiconductor devices developed lately, which has been widely used in the field of variable frequency speed control, switching power supply, etc. The problems such as parallel connection, driving and insulation in application of IGBT are reviewed and the performance of IGBT and SCR used in Large Scale Chopper Circuit is analyzed and contrasted in detail. The result shows that SCR is can not be substituted in large scale chopper circuit in the near future.
