摘    要:介绍一种用Infineon 16位专用单片机驱动无传感器直流无刷电机的新方法,它在PWM导通期间对电机端电压进行采样检测,判断绕组反电势过零点的到达时间,并通过简单的线性运算进行误差校正,推算三相功率器件的换向导通时间。实验证明,这种方法检测精度高、抗干扰能力强,硬件检测电路简单,实现容易。

Abstract:This passage has introduced a new method that drives the sensorless brushless DC motor using Infineon 16 bits special MCU.It samples and detects the voltage of the motor's stator coils during the PWM's switching-on,obtain the right time when back-EMF reaches the zero point.And then we revises the errors through the simple linear operation and conclude the commutation time of three-phase power transistor.As the result's show,the method proves to be high precise,of strong anti-interference ability.At the same time,the hardware circuits of the detection is simple and easy for realization.
