| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型实用交能灯单片机控制系统的设计方法。文中提出的实时－全感应式控制是交通灯控制中的一种较新颖且有效的方法，该方法应用最优控制理论中的自适应控制思想，动态、实时地控制当前绿灯时间，在保证交能安全的前提下最大限度地提出了交通效率。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a kind of new and practical traffic lights system which is based on single-chip microcomputer control.This system applies self-adapt control thought from the best control theory,which can control dynastically the time of green light in the real time.It improves the traffic efficiency without inducing the traffic security. |
