摘    要:以水、火联合电力系统长期调度问题为背景,探讨了一个基于分解协调算法的集成定性定量决策系统的设计和应用。其中约束自调整方法构成了定性决策算法的核心。对华中电网的试算证明,该系统的决策支持性能好,具有柔性。由于实现了专家知识与算法的有机集成,因而能满足各种实际要求,可操作性强。

Abstract:This paper presents an integrated qualitative and quantitative decision system based on decomposition-coordination algorithm for long-term dispatch of hydrothermal power systems. The algorithm with a constraint self-regulation constitutes the kernel of qualitative decision. Testing results based on the Center China Power Network year dispatch show the decision support ability of the system can satisfy various requirements due to the integration of expert knowledge with algorithm.
