| 摘 要： | 文中针对提供下载服务的Web集群，提出了一种新的负载均衡方案，通过对热点内容的动态冗余来提高整个集群的性能，使整个集群达到负载均衡，并由仿真实验和具体的实例验证了文中提出的方案，证明了该方案的实际效果。
