| 摘 要： | 随着3G网络的快速发展，人们对它在移动性管理和网络服务质量方面的期望值也随之提高。基于这种需求，可将MPLS技术和HMIPv6协议采用一种松耦合的方式结合起来，为3G的接入网部分提供一种新的移动性管理方案。该方案不仅能够支持HMIPv6的快速切换算法，还能在节点发生越区切换时实现QoS保证。

| Abstract: | With the development of 3G networks, the performance of mobility management and quality of service in the networks are highly expected. For this purpose, a new mobility management scheme for 3G Radio Access Networks, which combines MPLS and HMIPv6 in a loosely coupling way, was presented. The scheme would not only support the fast-handover algorithm in HMIPv6, but also provide the guarantee of QoS when handover happens. |
