| 摘 要： | 新冠肺炎疫情是新媒体大数据时代遇到的第一次重大公共卫生事件,其衍生出来的网络舆论影响着政治、经济、民生多方面的发展。公安机关作为一支维护社会稳定的队伍,在突发事件舆情传播与引导方面起到重要作用。公共卫生事件下的网络舆论具有持续性、大规模性以及多类型舆论并发等特点,本文基于SWOT分析法,找出公安机关网络舆论引导的内外部优劣势和外部机遇与威胁,提出增强意识、提升运用新媒体能力以及引导舆论从“人”入手等对策,从而为提高公安机关在网络舆论引导上的工作效率提出建议。
