摘    要:根据烧结法氧化铝生料浆配料机理和长期积累的专家经验知识,设计了一种适用于烧结法氧化铝配料的知识库编辑和维护系统,该系统从生产过程出发,将机理知识和群体专家知识统一为一种形式,通过产生式知识表示,对本系统的知识的特点进行了阐述,然后由知识的特点分别建立有关配料参数、状态、关系等字典,最后对系统的编辑和维护功能的实现进行了说明.实际使用效果表明,该知识库系统操作简单,编辑和维护方便.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of raw mix slurry in production of alumina with sintering and long-period knowledge of expert experience, a knowledge base edit and maintenance system is designed. According to practical production process, the knowledge of mechanism and group expert knowledge is unified to one. With the knowledge expression form of production, the feature of the knowledge is in- troduced, and the dictionaries of parameters, statuses and relations are built. At last, the realization and the function of the knowledge base edit and maintenance system are presented. The results of actual operation show that the system of knowledge base is operated simply, edited and maintained conveniently.
