摘    要:由于金相图像中经常出现晶界模糊、晶界断开等缺陷,针对晶粒形状不规则的特点,成功改进了基于形态学水域生长方法的分割算法.根据粘连晶粒的形态特征,对粘连目标先后采用极限腐蚀、目标编号和反复膨胀的方法求取晶界线以达到分离粘连晶粒,复原图像的目的.实验结果表明,改进的方法对包括晶粒在内的不规则目标具有较好的分割效果,成功解决了晶界问题对后续分析统计工作的干扰.

Abstract:In the phenomenon of the grain boundaries blurred or disconnected in metallurgical microstructure images,it succeeds in improving the split method based on morphology watershed transform theory according to the irregular shape of the grains.Based on the morphological characteristics of the overlapped grains,it gets the grain boundaries by ultimate erosion,numbering the objects,and repeated dilation.Then the overlapped grains are splitted and images are restored.Experiments show that the improved method can ...
