机坪行李平板车资源配置计算方法

摘    要:为使一天中任何时间段内的进、出港航班在地面保障过程中都能顺利调用到相应数量的行李平板车,提高平板车的利用率,提出对机坪上的行李平板车实施分区域配置的方法。对行李平板车的保障过程进行分析,确定配置计算中需要的参数和满足的条件,建立区域行李平板车需求量的计算模型;根据区域间高峰小时内平板车的相互调用,确定各区域内平板车的配置量。通过实例验证了根据该配置计算方法进行配置的平板车可降低其调用延迟率,该方法在机场具有可行性。

Abstract:To make the entry and exit flights in any time of the day be able to successfully call the corresponding number of baggage flatbeds in the course of flight ground support operations, and to increase the utilization rate of the baggage flatbed, a met- hod of implementing partitioned configuration for baggage flatbed on the apron was put forward. The process of support operation of baggage flatbed was analyzed. The parameters required in the configuration calculation and the conditions that needed to be met were determined, and the demand calculation model of the number of regional baggage flatbeds was established. Accor- ding to the transfer of baggage flatbed between the regions in the peak hour, the configuration quantity of the regional baggage flatbed was determined. It is verified that using the proposed configuration calculation method can reduce the call delay rate. Therefore, the method is feasible at the airport.
