| 摘 要： | 随着网络与通讯技术的迅速发展，人们对信息交流的要求越来越高，纷纷要求使用多媒体信息，而一个基于IP网络的多媒体信息服务系统，利用其先进的网络技术，恰恰能满足这种需求。多媒体信息服务系统具有较好的可靠性和稳定性，能够在现有的GSM／GPRS网络平台上正常运行，同时也具有良好的灵活性和扩展性，系统能够在未来3G网络上正常运行。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of technology of networks and communication, the demands for multimedia message used in communication has become more and more. A multimedia message service (MMS) system based on the IP networks can meet all the demands with the advanced technology of networks. The system is more reliable and stable and can run steadily on the GSM/GPRS networks in existence. It can also run on the 3G networks in the future because of its agility and expansibility. |
