| 摘 要： | 随着多媒体技术的迅速发展，图像压缩与编码方法日益重要。方块编码是有损压缩方法中的一种重要的编码方法，它的基本原理是将图像分割成子块矩阵，并为各子块矩阵设计其量化电平，量化后用位映像矩阵代替子块矩阵，从而达到数据压缩的目的。给出了用MATLAB编写的实现代码及实验结果。

| Abstract: | Along with rapid development of multimedia technology, the method of image compressing and encoding is more and more important. Block encoding is an important encoding method in lossy compression fields, and its fundamental is dividing the image into many subimages and designing quantization values for each subimage, and then replacing subimage with bit map matrix, so the aim of data compressing can be achieved. The programming code by matlab language and the experimental result are given. |
