摘    要:提出了一种基于Java Web技术访问工业生产过程实时数据的方法,在浏览器的地址栏中输入相应的URL地址,可以生动形象地访问工业生产过程的实时参数,以及历史曲线等生产信息.该方法将计算机控制系统采集的工业生产过程实时数据存储到数据库服务器中,再由Web服务器将包含操作数据库等功能的Java Web程序部署发布,当用户浏览器端向Web服务器发出请求时返回实时参数并显示在浏览器页面中,实现工业生产过程参数的Java Web访问.为自动化运行维护人员和公司决策层等进行设备运行状态分析、设备故障原因分析以及效益分析、整体生产过程的分析提供了经济、方便的数据来源,同时也能够方便地实现数据的远程传输.

Abstract:A Java Web method for accessing the real-time data of an industrial production process is presented.Entering the URL address in the browser''s address bar,the real-time parameters of the industrial process can be accessed vividly,as well as historical data curves and other production information.The method stores real-time data of industrial production process collected by computer control system in the database server.Then,the Web server deploys and releases the Java Web program containing the operating database and other functions.When the user browser sends a request to the Web server,real-time parameters will be returned and displayed in the Web pages,and the access of the real-time data of an industrial production process based on Java Web is achieved.It can provide an economical and convenient data source for the automatic operation and maintenance personnel,the corporate decision panel to analyze the running state of the equipment,equipment failure reasons,benefit study and the whole production process.At the same time,it also can conveniently realize the remote transmission of monitoring data.
