综合传动便携式故障诊断系统开发研究

摘    要:基于综合传动装置结构特征和工作原理,以LabVIEW为软件开发平台开发了便携式故障诊断系统。系统选择转速、压力和温度作为信号监测对象,依次完成综合传动装置湿式换挡离合器、各轴转速和转向系统、润滑系统、液力变矩器等部位功能参数的实时采集、显示、存储和故障诊断功能。经实验验证,该故障诊断系统具有便携、使用方便、性能可靠和扩展性强的特点。

Abstract:A portable fault diagnosis system of power-shift steering transmission is developed according to the configuration characteristics and working principle of power-shift steering transmission.The LabVIEW is chosen to develop the system software,and there are three kind of monitor signal including the rotate speed,cylinder press and temperature in the portable monitoring system.The works such as data sampling,displaying,saving and fault diagnose can be finished conveniently and in time by monitoring system,based on data which are tested from several parts of power-shift steering transmission such as wet shift clutch,rotate speed of three shafts,steering system,lubrication system and torque converter.It is validated that the portable fault diagnosis system has the characteristics of a portable,easy to use,reliable performance and expandability.
