摘    要:针对多型飞机弹射座椅电气附件功能和性能测试,传统人工检测效率低、时间长、强度大且易出错的难题,需要研制一台座椅电气自动综合检测设备。为了实现检测设备的自动化和可扩展要求,提出了一种基于640路信号切换模块、数字多用表和耐压绝缘仪的研制方案。利用水银继电器、串口通信模块和FPGA等研制了信号切换模块;综合运用虚拟仪器技术和数据库技术,设计开发了检测设备测试程序。测试验证结果表明,该检测设备实现了对多型座椅电气附件的快速准确的自动检测,同时具有扩展测试项目的功能,为检测座椅电气附件提供了先进的技术手段,提高了工作效率。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,long time,large amount of labor and error-prone of traditional artificial test for the function and performance test of multi-type aircraft ejection seat electrical adjuncts,it is necessary to design and develop a seat automatic synthesize test equipment.In order to meet the requirements of automaticity and expansibility,a manufacture methods based on 640 channels for signal switch module,digital functions device,withstanding voltage/insulation resistance tester,is proposed.The signal switching module of 640 channels was designed and manufactureed by using azoth relay,serial interface and FPGA.The system test program was designed and exploited by using virtual instrument and databank.Validation test results show that the test equipment accomplishes fast and accurate automatic test,and has expansibility,which provides advanced technical means,and improves work efficiency.
