弹射座椅电气部件检测设备软件设计与实现

针对弹射座椅电气部件自动综合检测设备需要开发测试软件的问题,分析了检测设备的硬件组成和功能,提出了一种采用虚拟仪器和数据库技术相结合的测试软件设计方案.针对检测设备自动化测试和可扩展要求,采用模块化设计原理分析了软件系统组成,并开发了检测设备测试软件程序.测试验证结果表明,测试软件能够实现对多型座椅电气部件的快速准确的自动检测,同时具有扩展测试项目功能,软件各部分在数据库管理下可靠工作,有较强的实用价值.

Design and Realization of Test Equipment Software for Ejection Seat Electrical Componets

In order to satisfy the need of design and development of automatic test software for the automatic synthesize test equipment of ejection seat electrical componets,the hardware composition and function of the test equipment are analyzed,and an automatic test software scheme based on the virtual instrument and database technique is put forward.In order to satisfy the requirements of automaticity and expansibility,the composition of software system based on modular design is analyzed,and the software program of testing equipment is developed.Validation test results show that the test equipment software accomplishes the fast accurate automatic test and has expansibility,and the parts of software can work reliably under the database management,have strong practical value.
