摘    要:随着航天工业的迅速发展及光纤总线的普及,航天控制领域对数据传输量、数据处理速度、单机可靠性、维修性的要求不断提高,传统基于CPCI并行总线体制无法满足日益增长的系统机内通信速率需求.通过设计基于VPX架构的新一代加固计算机提高了数据处理平台的数据处理能力,而且可以更好地适应复杂的振动环境.设计了基于国产化龙芯处理器的加固计算机,提高了核心元器件的国产化率.通过安装托盘实现了撞接式连接,前面板采用铰链与锁扣相结合的锁紧方式,单板采用自旋式拆卸方案,有效缩短了单机及板卡换装时间.

Abstract:With the rapid development of aerospace industry and the popularization of optical fiber bus,the requirements of data transmission,data processing speed,single machine reliability and maintainability in aerospace control field are constantly increasing,the traditional CPCI-based parallel bus system cannot satisfy the increasing demand of system internal communication rate.By designing a new generation of reggedized computer based on VPX architecture,the data processing ability of the data processing platform was improved,and it could better adapt to the complex vibration environment.The computer based on strengthening domestic Loongson processor was designed to improve the localization rate of core components.Through the installation of the tray,the impact connection is realized,the front panel adopts a combination of locking and locking hinges,and the single plate uses a spin removal program,which effectively shortens the time for disassembling and installing the board.
