小型涡轴发动机数控系统硬件在回路仿真技术研究

摘    要:建立小型涡轴发动机电子控制器测试、试验工作环境和发动机气动热力学模型,运行发动机数学模型,通过硬件接口系统,与数控系统中数字电子控制器实物连接,组建硬件在回路仿真系统。通过对该硬件在回路仿真系统的大量测试和系统试验,结果表明:该硬件在回路仿真系统能够实时、有效、稳定地模拟发动机工作状态和各类功能模式,为后续进一步开展发动机数字电子控制系统的分析、设计、研制和验证奠定了很好的试验基础。

Abstract:An evaluation environment system of small-sized turboshaft engine digital electronic control system,and the numerical model of aerothermodynamics are created.By using hardware interface,the electronic control unit is able to communicate with the engine model of the hardware-in-loop simulation system.By plentiful results of experimentation,it is ample to approve the conclusion that the presented system has the ability of the real-time simulation of the status and working mode of the turboshaft engine stably,and lays the foundation of the procedure of analysis,design,development and evaluation of digital electronic control unit system of turboshaft engine in the future.
