基于TD-LTE和LabVIEW的油井远程监控系统设计

摘    要:针对目前油井远程监控系统的弊端,设计了一种基于TD-LTE(分时长期演进)高速数据传输技术和LabVIEW测量软件的油井远程监控系统.通过本系统能够快速有效地监控油井生产状况,还能够对历史数据进行查询和分析.经过模拟调试验证了系统对油井的悬绳拉力、油管压力、原油温度、抽油机电机电压电流等关键参数的实时监控,且能够对突发状况进行有效处置.

Abstract:In order to overcome the shortcomings of the oil well remote monitoring system,a remote monitoring system for oil wells is designed based on TD-LTE(time division long term evolution) high-speed data transmission technology and LabVIEW measurement software.The production situation of oil well can be effectively monitored and the historical data can be queried and analyzed through the system.Simulation debugging verifies that the key parameters of oil well situations such as the pull of hanging rope,tubing pressure,oil temperature,voltage and current of pumping motors can be monitored real-timely,and unexpected situations can be quickly disposed.
