工程结构构件裂缝图像的处理与宽度测量

摘    要:在分析工程结构构件表面裂缝数字图像的基础上,考虑到图像数据量之大以及测量时间的要求,采用辅助图像定位裂缝图像处理区域,减少了图像处理的数据量,使图像处理时间可以减少一个或者两个数量级;然后在裂缝图像处理区域中进行图像分割提取出裂缝,对裂缝二值图像进行左右边界提取,进而得到裂缝宽度信息;实验结果表明,该算法能够比较稳定和准确地检测工程结构构件表面裂缝的位置、宽度等特征.

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the digital image of surface crack on engineering structure component, in consideration of the large image data and the requirement of measurement time, an auxiliary image is used to get the image processing area and reduce the data to be processed, which can reduce image processing time by one or two orders of magnitude. Then get the crack from image processing area by image segmentation, and extract left and right boundaries of the crack in binary value image and then the width value of the crack. Experiments show that the features of surface crack on engineering structure component, such as position and width, can be measured steadily and accurately using the algorithm.
