工业视觉中多元件同时定位的方法及研究

摘    要:介绍了视觉系统在工业上常见的应用流程和技术手段,飞行取像是工业视觉中常常采用的取像方法,该方法对图像获取和处理的速度提出了很高的要求;为解决速度问题,提出了通过一幅图像获取多个元件位置的方法,并给出了算法,最后对各种误差源对视觉定位带来的影响进行了详细的分析,为视觉系统的矫正提供了指导方向;实际应用表明,该方法能大大提高视觉定位的速度和效率.

Abstract:Vision system and its usual application flow in industry are introduced. The on--the--fly picturing technology is one of the important methods often used in industry vision. To improve the performance of on--the--fly picturing technology, the method and algorithm of multiobjective positioning through one picture are advanced. Finally, the effects of different kinds of error resource onto vision positioning are expatiated in detail, which provides the methods to amend the vision system. The actual application shows that the proposed method greatly has increased the velocity and efficiency of vision positioning.
