数字化智能充电系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了目前常用充电终止控制方法的优缺点,以马斯定律和镍镉、镍氢电池充电特性为基础,使用模糊控制技术对快速充电过程进行智能控制。以XC164CM单片机为控制核心,设计了一种针对镍镉、镍氢电池的数字化智能充电系统。实验结果表明,充电电流较好的跟随了马斯定律给出的可接受的最佳充电曲线,从而提高了充电效率并且有效的防止了电池过充电,实现了高效、快速、安全充电。

Abstract:It is introduced that the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used ending methods of charging, and uses fuzzy control technique for intelligent fast charging process which based on the MAS law and the characteristics of Ni/Cd and Ni/MH battery. A digital and intelligent charging system for Ni/Cd and Ni/MH battery is designed and takes Infineon XC164CM MCU as the core. The experiments demonstrate that the charging current appropriately traces acceptably optimum charging curve which was given by MAS law. As the result the efficiency of charging is increased and overcharge is prevented in order to realize efficiently, fast and safely charging.
