摘    要:为了实现在复杂电磁环境中进行高效可靠的数据传输,达到实时抵抗干扰、提升通信系统频谱利用率的目的,对非连续正交频分复用技术、变换域通信系统、扩频技术以及神经网络算法进行了研究,首次将人工智能算法应用于切换通信波形以抵抗不同类型的干扰,以此为基础设计了一种基于径向基神经网络算法的智能抗干扰系统。对三种抗干扰模式分别进行了原理介绍及仿真,验证了其各自的抗干扰能力,以及通过切换波形提升频谱利用率的可行性,并对整个智能抗干扰系统进行了仿真,经分析该系统基本满足应对突发干扰情况下的波形选择要求,与传统通信系统相比,能够适用于更多通信场景。

Design of intelligent anti-jamming system based on neural network algorithm
Abstract:In order to achieve efficient and reliable data transmission in complex electromagnetic environment, achieve real-time anti-interference and improve spectrum utilization of communication system, did a research on non-continuous OFDM(NC-OFDM), transform domain communication system(TDCS), spread spectrum technology and neural network algorithm. Artificial intelligence algorithm is applied to switch communication waveforms to resist different types of interference for the first time. Based on this, an intelligent anti-interference system based on radial basis neural network algorithm is designed. The three anti-jamming modes are introduced and simulated respectively, and their anti-interference ability and the feasibility of improving the spectrum utilization by switching waveforms are verified. The whole intelligent anti-interference system is simulated and analyzed. It basically satisfies the waveform selection requirements in the case of dealing with sudden interference, and can be applied to more communication scenarios than the conventional communication system.
