基于JL-2008 USB的钢绞线拉伸试验测控系统

摘    要:针对钢绞线拉伸试验的国标规定以及当前测试系统的不足,提出一种基于JL-2008 USB数据采集器的钢绞线拉伸试验测控系统,论述了JL-2008 USB数据采集器的硬件、软件的实现以及相关程序的设计,并总结了测试系统具有成本低、功耗小,可靠性高、通用性好、测试精度高,测量方便等优点。

Abstract:In accordance with the national standards of pre-stressed strand stretching experimentation and the deficiency of its tracking- identification-command system at the present, this paper comes up with a tracking-identification-command system of pre-stressed strand stretching experimentation based on a JL-2008 USB data collecting instrument, elaborates on the fulfillment of its hardware and software and the design of its relevant programs, then summarizes that the tracking-identification-command system bore several advantages such as low cost and power consumption, high reliability and general purposes, high test accuracy and convenient measurement.
