| 摘 要： | 在TFRC协议的基础上，提出了一种基于阈值限定的媒体流TCP友好拥塞控制协议(TC-TFRC)。实验结果表明，TC-TFRC拥塞控制协议解决了TFRC协议在短暂拥塞时出现的不适用于媒体流应用的问题，同时不会导致持续的拥塞，并保持全局的TCP友好特性。

| Abstract: | The paper proposes a threshold-constrained congestion control protocol for media flows (TC-TFRC). It uses simulations to explore performance compared with TFRC, and proves that TC-TFRC, solves the problem which TFRC meet when it is used by the media flows and network is in temporary congestion, and at the same time, TC-TFRC will not lead to continuous congestion, and keep the total TCP-friendly characteristic. |
