| 摘 要： | 采用Browser／Server模式实现了车灯测量数据的采集、管理及统计分析。系统中应用统计过程控制(SPC)技术对车灯质量进行实时监控、趋势预报和统计分析，实现了产品质量控制从单纯的产品检测转向对产品生产过程的质量控制，提高了质量管理的水平。

| Abstract: | The data collection, management and statistical analyzing for the measurement of car-lamp are realized by utilizing Brower/Server model. It applies to the approach of statistical process control(SPC), which brings about the real-time monitoring, trend forecasting and statistical analyzing, realizes the product quality control from simple measurement to manufacturing process and builds up the level of quality management. |
